The mulberry is typically a fast growing bush-tree, and it will quickly take over a domain when happy. By association, mulberry tree people will expand, explore, seek, find and spread their wings to great lengths when living in the right environment. Mulberries are such giving plants. They provide food for humans and animals alike. People connected to the mulberry tree meaning, will have the same tendency to give, provide, protect and nurture others around them. In this same light, mulberries are natural magnets for all kinds of life. The lovely shade they provide and their delicious berries attract lots of interesting beings…from humans to birds to deer and more. When connected to the mulberry tree, we can also attract lots of interesting people, nature, experiences, opportunities. Mulberry people will be quite fortunate, and can be like a vortex…calling to themselves who and what they needs. This is largely due to the mulberry’s ability to remind us all about the understanding of give and take. The mulberry shows us that as we give, energy will be given to us as well. The season shows you are really influenced my the change in seasons, you are more active in summer and hibernate and incubate your ideas in winter so they can be planted in spring and gain life in summer, so honour these cycles within you and work around the seasons. You are happy with your own company are very sensitive to the energy of others, you find people when you need to but probably find most of your nourishment by being internal. There is lots of growth around you and enough nourishment for all you need. Rabbit brings a message right now…Rabbit is associated with fertility and creativity. The rabbit totem is a symbol of luck in many cultures and is also a symbol of abundance. People who feel connected to the rabbit spirit animal are clever and creative but may be working to overcome fear and anxiety. In general, rabbit symbolism reminds us to examine and use the tools we have within ourselves. Even though our instincts are inherent, they also need nurturing and development. Furthermore, rabbits meaning deal primarily with abundance, comfort, and vulnerability. The hare also embraces gifts of fertility, sentiment, desire, and procreation. In other words, you have an abundance of creativity right now and should make good use of it. Furthermore, it signals that a windfall of abundance is imminent. Rabbits offer big lessons about being more aware of our environment and protecting ourselves if we sense a threat. Rabbits are also a symbol of fertility, family, and new life. Symbolic rabbit meanings deal primarily with abundance, comfort, and vulnerability. Traditionally, rabbits are associated with fertility, sentiment, desire, and procreation. Rabbit meanings are also closely linked to the seasons, the changes of Mother Earth, and specifically Springtime. Have you ever heard the term “madder than a March hare?” I have (my mom says it). It has to do with rabbits going bonkers around this time of year. Rabbits feel the call of spring just as strongly as everyone and everything else – perhaps moreso. Creatures of all kinds feel the tremors of springtime’s return and respond to it in wild courtship. It’s a celebration of life, and bunnies bounce right back into the swing of spring. All of us know the power of population the rabbit has – they are legendary for their ability to reproduce fast and furiously. For that same reason, the rabbit is a perfect symbol for this spring which is fertile with themes like: New life, New beginnings and the undeniable current of growth. The rabbit is also a symbol of Ostara an ancient fertility goddess whose symbols are rabbits, various flowers and eggs (more life/growth/fertility themes!). A rabbit can have up to forty or more babies a year. That’s symbolic of the cycle of life, and they way life carries on generation after generation. So rabbit highlights the cycles of life for you and shows how important they are to you and your energy. Basil shows your connection to herbs and how they nourish you, the green is a heart connection and the purple is a wisdom connection. Being at your base also shows how the herbs support you, your tribe, your heart and your soul. Basil tea after a meal is said to aid digestion and prevent flatulence. It is used for many stomach complaints, where a calming affect is desired, such as stomach and abdominal cramping due to gas or other reasons and also for digestive ailments. It has a mild sedative action and is also useful for nervous headaches and anxiety. Holy Basil is used in Ayuvedic medicine to increase the body's resistance to stress, to enhance adrenal function and for physical and mental endurance and to balances the chakras. The oils of basil have antibiotic and antifungal properties. Sparrow's message ..The small but proud sparrow is one of the most common birds. However, it is often overlooked, and its power is taken for granted. Although it is small, the sparrow animal totem is both powerful and productive. Its persistence and integrity show us that we do not have to be big to make a difference. We also do not need to have the biggest and best things in order for our voices to be heard. The sparrow symbolism reflects the self-worth that each of us should feel for ourselves regardless of external factors. This energy and passion for ourselves is within each of our hearts somewhere, waiting to be awakened. These little songbirds want us to sing our soul’s own song, just as they do. In addition to inspiring us to love ourselves, the sparrow spirit guide also symbolizes other joyful and caring qualities, such as creativity, community, friendliness, and the importance of simplicity. The sparrow symbolism is also a wonderful symbol of protection and communal involvement, as they achieve their power through the strength of numbers. Sparrows are not independent birds, but that is not to say that they are desperate or needy. On the contrary, these birds can be fierce in their own little way. They care very deeply for their community, and thus see the benefits of working together for common causes. The members of the clan teach each other to cooperate and evenly share responsibilities – something that we could all learn a lot from. When a sparrow animal spirit flits into your life, it is imploring us to recognize our own self-worth. Although tiny, this creature can act as a massive source of empowerment for us. Do not underestimate yourself and your abilities. Instead, puff your own chest up full of energy and elegant pride, singing your own tune and marching to the beat of your own drum. It reminds us to respect ourselves and act with dignity, showing us that even something as small as a sparrow can triumph in this great big world. The farm house shows you are growing something rightnow and it is moving towards you, it is coming but not there just yet. The red roof shows association with family/community/tribe, white walls show peace and higher vibrations and the prayer flares show sacredness. A space for connection growth and spirituality. Well done big hugs xx
Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Ann
I've done my sacred tree meditation when I did this meditation in Bali, I didn't recognise the tree, but tonight I realised it was a mulberry tree. It was autumn and getting cold so my leaves were starting to drop off. There weren't any trees nearby that I could see clearly but I could feel them in the distance. I was in a grassy field. There were rabbits at the base of the tree, and basil plants (both purple & green basil). There was a sparrow in my branches - when she flew up, she saw there was a house nearby, an old farmhouse with a red roof and white walls, with prayer flags fluttering along the verandah.
Thank you for your insights!

Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Mary
I did the journey meditation to my Sacred Tree again because I've been feeling so drained, depleted and disconnected. This time was a COMPLETELY different experience from my first meditation and it frightened me.
I was disconnected the entire time. I felt myself floating ABOVE the earth, I was looking down at the earth and trying to connect with the earth but couldn't. Then the roots of a tree stretched from the earth, all through the sky and grabbed hold of my ankles and started to pull me down.
The force was so strong and I was loosing control, floating higher and higher and the roots were trying to drag me back to earth, the roots strengthened their grip around my feet and started climbing up my legs. I'm not sure if I was pulled back to earth - it was so disjointed, I think I saw a small tree... those trees you see in country areas that grow in humid dry areas, they're tall and spindly with a white/tan bark and not much leaves. I think the tree was on it's own, it was just a glance of the tree. Unfortunately, I can't recall the landscape or any animals either. I was searching for my big oak tree in the green meadow with strong branches and a full green canopy, but I couldn't find it. Not sure what happened then - it all went blank and black, maybe I dozed off (I've been so exhausted), and next minute I woke with a strong jolt to you saying 'bird'. I suddenly morphed into a white bird (maybe a dove but I'm not certain), flying through the blue sky with a worm in my beak. But then I felt so guilty for hurting a worm, that the bird (me) dropped the worm out of its mouth and the worm morphed into a grey shark with sharp teeth, which fell through the sky and into the ocean. At this point, I was freaked out and stopped the meditation before it finished. I felt it was a true reflection of how scattered and exhausted I was feeling. I felt a deep pang in my heart this week that I no longer want to practice as a Clinical Nutritionist. I just don't feel I'm good enough or experienced enough and my perfectionist nature will never allow me to feel worthy enough to help anyone, I get so vested in other people's health journeys and take on their pain and can't disconnect, I work ridiculous long hours. During my walk yesterday I felt such a pang of heaviness that I have so much skill and talent which is being wasted. I feel that I'll never find my true worth. I yearn for some-one to believe in me and offer to collaborate on a project and be part of something wonderful, I have so many dreams and visions but no direction.
Interpretation from Lesley
Hey gorgeous well done on doing your journey ! Your journey is completely reflecting what you are feeling and showing you energetically what your spirit is doing when you feel this way.
The floating above the earth is you, you disconnect from the physical and leave your body when you are overwhelmed or unhappy with life, it helps you not feel the overwhelming emotions as much but can make you feel scattered. Your tree was trying to ground you, and how wonderful it came to find you, but you are not ready to be grounded yet, you are too used to doing this with your energy and unfortunately it is draining in the body because when your spirit is not in your body there is minimal energy in the body to deal with the day to day life energies and it is hard on the body. Your small tree shows how you diminish your energy when you are in this state as you are not here now, which is you point of power, you are up out of your body. The humid area with not much leaves shows the emotion in the air, and not much nourishment happening for the body. It was hard for you to visualize the tree as you are not in your body that is why you went blank, when you are in this state you cannot find the wisdom that is within you, the bird you could relate to as its an air creature and that is where you are right now up and flying around, dove is about peace and new beginnings, Noah sent out a dove to find dry land after the flood, dove says there is stable ground for you and peaceful feelings on stable ground, being up in the air feels unstable. The worm shows the universe is trying to support and feed you there is so much nourishment for you, but you cannot accept it, you reject it because of how you feel about yourself. You do not feel you deserve to receive. That is why the worm turned into the shark, life keeps offering you opportunities to receive and you reject them because you feel you do not deserve to receive, do others always come first ? Even those that are not close to you. You seem to place them before your own needs which makes it a bit self destructive, the worm, “opportunity” is rejected as you do not want to hurt others, you cannot feel open to receive, and so you reject nourishment, and it comes back to bite you. It grows sharp teeth which you hurt yourself with, the shark, the shark is a symbol of authority, he is the top of the food chain in his environment, if you look at that symbolically shark is the authority of emotions ( water) his say is final, perhaps you feel threatened by standing in your emotions or give others authority over your emotions, or hurt yourself with your own harsh judgements when you cannot receive . Great questions to ask are, what will it take to put your needs first ? What will make you deserving of receiving abundance ? Who decided that your needs were not important ? And why did they decide this ? What is it that feels so threatening about asking for what you want and receiving what you need and deserve ? You are so amazing and powerful, your journey shows that you are an amazing creator and can manifest amazing things, but you have a few blocks that are restricting your energy to receive. We can have a look at these on Monday and see if we can bring more love and light to them and shift them. Big hugs xx
Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Jess
My tree stood in solitude in a green meadow against a backdrop of bright blue sky. There were no other trees, flowers or shrubs in my landscape, just my large tree surrounded by lush green grass. My tree (maybe a large
oak tree) had a solid trunk with deep roots that ran deep into the rich brown earth.
I physically felt a tingling in the bottom of my feet which I had on the floor and a sensation that roots were growing from the sole of my feet into the earth and pulling me down to be grounded (I have a Vata - AIR - constitution so need lots of grounding). My tree had a large green canopy with strong branches and green leaves. A squirrel raced up the tree collecting nuts, it was busy and running around. In the background was a blue sky and very peaceful. I think I fell asleep to the beating of the drum as that's all I can remember. It was both peaceful and erratic (the busy squirrel). Later that night I woke about 1am because I could hear heavy rain. It felt like it was raining over my tree in the meadow. However when I woke, I realized it wasn't raining at all (I got up and looked outside the window), I think it was the whirl of the fan. At about 2:30am, I woke with a huge jolt and panic attack - which ironically was about the same time that the moon was closest to the earth (full moon). I woke in a panic totally stressed that something had happened to Stampy, our little doggy and love of my life! He wasn't curled up at the end of the bed which was unusual, I got up and found him fast asleep in our bathroom - he often likes to sleep on the cool tiles. I often wake in the middle of the night with panic attacks and night terrors - which I believe is a cortisol spike or sharp drop in serotonin levels. I've suffered insomnia my entire life and have a fear of falling into a deep sleep (long story and not one I wish to revisit due to trauma), so I've subconsciously taught myself to sleep lightly.... whenever I fall into a deep sleep, I wake with a panic to pull myself out of the deep sleep. Now I wake due to fear that something has happened to my beautiful son or dog. I wake several times during the night to check up on them both.

Hey beautiful ! Thanks for your recommitment and sharing your journey, here is the interpretation in writing. Your tree shows you are very wise are strong in yourself and have great support from family and friends. It shows you mostly work on your own and gain nourishment from your surroundings.
There is lots of growth happening right now, and the tingling shows you love the grounding, the earth gives energy and its so good to ground all those busy thoughts. The blue sky shows that consciously everything is open and clear. Squirrel brings you a message… Squirrel dreaming is a grounding force that relieves stress and anxiety caused by an unsubstantiated fear that what we are doing to find and honour our purpose is not enough, or that we are not listening to or hearing clearly enough the messages being sent to us by spirit, our ancestors or guides. It reassures us that what we are doing is exactly what we are supposed to be doing and that we are being watched, protected and inspired the whole time. It explains that as long as we keep our intentions pure and make every effort to walk our talk, we will be rewarded richly for our dedication and endurance in the best way that serves our purpose. Squirrel dreaming acts as a balancing force between the tangible, practical aspects of life and those governed by spiritual belief, as well as being a guiding force that is quick to point out when we have wandered off the path or strayed into unfavourable territory. Squirrel’s only demand is that we surrender our fear and trepidation and do what needs to be done to the very best of our abilities and that we avoid pushing for those things not intended for us, intentionally causing trouble or mischievously ruffling feathers. In doing so we will find peace in the knowing that all things happen when spirit intends them to and if nurtured with self-respect and loyalty to our spiritual path, will bring clarity, abundance and wisdom when the time is right. Hearing the rain in your sleep, and thinking it was on your tree, shows you have a lot of grief in the body that needs expression, rain is very important for nourishments and growth, expressing emotions allows space for energy to flow in and out and clears energy to receive, when we block emotion it blocks our energy we begin to struggle feeling or feelings can feel overwhelming. Finding a safe way to feel and express your feelings will open up greater energy to receiving on all levels. You are conscious of where your subconscious fear comes from, that is the beginning, you do not need to re experience trauma to heal it. Its about changing the belief system around it and what you have made it mean about you. I can give you some visualizations to try in our next session that are safe and beautiful. Big hugs special lady time for all the wonderful abundance in the universe to flow too you. Big hugs xx
Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Sarah
My first tree journey I was a blush pink cherry blossom tree of medium height with a lot of branches, but no leaves. Tons of blossoms. My tree felt strong and peaceful - didn't notice the root system, but the bark was dark brown, almost black and very thick and I had a circle of lush green grass around the base of my tree. There was a bunny in the grass and a deer(bambi) to the left of the tree in the grass. There were no other trees around me, but to the right became a desert and there were a few palm trees in the desert. Red robyn appeared and I felt energetic and happy flying around observing the landscape. That's all I got? Xx
Interpretation from Lesley
The cherry blossom represents the beauty and fragility of life which shows your outlook and appreciation of life. Tons of blossoms shows you have abundant ideas right now and
you are feeling strong and peaceful. Your bark shows you
are very sensitive and feel you need to protect yourself from the world.
The green round your base shows new growth right now. Your animals show that you are innocent, so never make yourself guilty. No other trees around shows you like to work on your own and you are self sustaining. The desert to the right shows that consciously life feels undernourished but there are pockets of support for you, look to these to sustain you. Deer... Deer is a sensitive creature who is easily frightened and can be quite skittish. Deer asks you too honour your sensitivity and not take on negativity, notice when the emotion is from your own thinking or from another. Forgive yourself when you cannot meet your own expectations. Deer says forgiveness is not about forgetting what has happened it is about not hurting yourself with constantly remembering the incident. Deer says focus on the beauty that surrounds you and within you. You can feel and sense it all, focus on that which makes you feel good. Rabbit... Rabbit has the gift of fertility, rabbit speaks of the ever changing cycles of nature, growth, change, death and rebirth,. It is symbolic of the change in seasons, there is a season for everything, and rabbit is encouraging you to notice this. There is a season to plant ideas a season to grow them and a season to reap rewards from the business. There is also a time in our life to grow children, and a time to nurture them and a time to see them leave. Each day has cycles, each month and each year. Notice when your active times are and when your down times are for nourishment and processing. When we are in sync with our cycles we can use our energy more efficiently and be true to ourselves. This helps our lives become more aware, fertile and abundant. Robin redbreast.. When you first see robin it guarantees good fortune for the next 12 months. It offers miraculous change, aspiration and healing. It is a symbol of the bleeding heart, wounding heart or of those that wear their heart on their sleeve. They often show themselves to those that have difficulty hiding their feelings. The Red breast of the robin can imply having our vulnerabilities overly exposed to the point where we eventually begin to hide our feelings, choosing to shut down emotionally as a way of protecting our overly bruised soul from being battered any further. Having faith in one’s feelings, and learning to reveal them in their purest form only after it have been proven that they will be honoured, being true to our feelings in relation to what we want for ourselves, and having the guts to take a risk, to dare to dream and to make a wish on the first robin of the new year will ensure our aspirations are realised and our bleeding heart healed with true love, felt both inwardly and outwardly. Robin also shows you are happy to take a step back and gain a greater perspective of your life right now, well done big hugs xxx
Journey from a child
Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Julie
First meditation - super proud she didn’t need me holding her hand - she did it in her room alone (first time 😊). Her tree was the Mother Earth tree (but not a woman it was a trunk, with bumpy bark & in some spots no bark -smooth). See pic this is her mother earth tree 😍 The leaves were
reddish pinks - bushy.
The tree was a small tree (her comment why would it be tall I was the tree it’s little like me!). About 30cm wide trunk. It was in a rainforest surrounded by bigger trees. Trees were spread out and there was a family of trees that were like stairs too going in heights - looked like her but not Mother Earth. The ground was a light green & smooth, a big mountain & 2 cheetah playing - a baby elephant from her last journey came to the bottom of the tree and took her out and about. She thinks a lion was also there. Not many roots because she was a little tree she said - skinny smooth roots. That made little anthill type mounds on the surface. No bird at all (but then she said - but maybe that’s what the purple thing in the tree was). At the end there was a tunnel, but she didn’t go through.
Interpretation from Lesley
Well done Julie on being such a big girl and being so brave ! Your Mother Earth tree shows how connected you are to Mother Earth, you love her very much and feel the love she gives you. Your bumpy bark shows you are very sensitive to energy and need to protect your energy in certain places in your body, but in other places you can be open and receive energy from the earth and those you love.
Your leaves show you are all about receiving love and nourishment from your family right now, you little tree is beautiful and shows you are close to Mother Earth. Being surrounded by the rainforest shows how supported and nourished you are by your family and friends, you don’t need to see where you are going, you just enjoy being with your family and friends. The trees like stairs shows how you are becoming more aware of how you are changing as you grow and are learning many things from others that are older than you. Your ground shows that you are receiving lots of love and nourishment and it feels good to you. The big mountains shows you have great dreams about where you are going and the cheetah comes to show you that everyone has different energy, and just like cheetah you may like to do things really fast and then you need to rest. Know that when you do lots of playing, exercising or running around you really need a good rest after it, so that you can be at your feet and feel happy and full of energy. Cheetah also says, you may sometime flit from one thing to the next and not finish what you should. So try finish one thing before you go onto the next, it will feel better and then you will feel like you have done well and achieved something. Elephant comes to tell you that its good to have a slow but steady pace, you can only climb one step at a time, don’t be in a rush, you will get too tired and frustrated. Elephant says slow but steady is a good way to do things. Lion says sometimes you think too much about things before you do them, lion says have courage and just do it, try not to worry or stress, you will only really know how something feels when you do it, so try and only think about it as you are doing it. So think about what you want to do, do it then think about how it feels to do it, and then keep going keep doing at a slow and steady pace. You can only climb that mountain one step at a time. Your purple bird shows you have angels who give you lots of good advice, when you are quiet inside your mind you give them a chance to talk with you. Your tunnel shows you can visit and travel to other world when you meditate or sleep, well done big hugs xxx
Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Hannah
Ok i did the grounding and the meditation here's the things that came up for me. I felt strong grounded and wise as a big oak tree with thick and rough bark, leave but no fruit . My tree was away from other trees at the edge of a forest but it didnt feel isolating, there were also pine trees in the forest. I had wide long roots but not very deep the soil was volcanic, dark, rich moist and at the base of my tree was rabbit, squirrel and mouse ( but he stood on his hind legs a bit like another squirrel!! My bird was a robin red breast and it felt as if i was darting around busy things to do ( i can relate to that lol!)
Interpretation from Lesley
Hey gorgeous, well done on doing the journey. Your tree is you so you are strong, grounded and wise like the oak, you planted the seed along time ago and it has grown you into great wisdom. The thick rough bark shows you are a sensitive soul and need to protect yourself and your energy, you are receiving nourishment and are well established and feel secure.
You are happy to work on your own and find others when you need too. You are self sustaining. Interesting you noticed the pine, pine people would be other healers but on a different level, pine is antiviral, antiseptic, I’m sure you know more about pine than i do hehe. Your roots shows that you gain support where you need it, your original family does not supply a huge amount of support if any. You have created your own tribe and support. Volcanic soul is interesting out of explosion and disruption comes great fertility and amazing new growth, have you grown out of great disruption perhaps and turned it into something fertile to help you have amazing growth ? Rabbit squirrel and mouse come to give you insight into what is going on in your life right now, mouse standing on his hind legs shows his intelligence and perhaps his connection to squirrel too. Mouse: scrutiny; When i see mouse i know i need to focus on the detail. The detail is important at this time so pay attention. Are you signing contracts or doing something that needs more attention to detail. Mouse is saying pay attention or it will come back to bite you on the butt. So slow down be present with what you are doing, give it the time and attention it deserves for it will pay off in the long run. We can only do things properly when we slow down and focus at our perfect pace. You know what that is. Centre and focus on each aspect that is needed, keep checking in with your intuition to know where the air is clear and you have done all you need to do. Give it your best and it will pay off. Every detail is important and needs your time and attention. It you value it, it will value you. Squirrel: messenger. Squirrel dreaming is a grounding force that relieves stress and anxiety caused by an unsubstantiated fear that what we are doing to find and honour our purpose is not enough, or that we are not listening to or hearing clearly enough the messages being sent to us by spirit, our ancestors or guides. It reassures us that what we are doing is exactly what we are supposed to be doing and that we are being watched, protected and inspired the whole time. Notice when your active times are and when your down times are for nourishment and processing. When we are in sync with our cycles we can use our energy more efficiently and be true to ourselves. This helps our lives become more aware, fertile and abundant. Love that you could relate to robin red breast right now, the flitting around... When you first see robin it guarantees good fortune for the next 12 months. It offers miraculous change, aspiration and healing. Awesome journey, if you do it again, ask a question, try keep it to a yes or no answer. Love that you did the grounding its great to practice often will help settle the nervous energy and connect you with that powerful wisdom that is all around and within you. Big hugs xx
Journey to Your Sacred Tree: Sue
I did both the grounding then the journey yesterday morning and it was really quite interesting.
In the grounding meditation I could not see light at all it was dark but I could feel cool soft dirt all around my feet. Then it was like dark roots climbing fast up my legs (but it wasn’t scary or threatening - still calming).
The soul star I couldn’t see but as I tried to visualise the light coming down over me it was dark again - yet I got little sparks and rainbows just like this come off everynow and then. It felt tingly & smooth not an angry dark. The journey was interesting for me as usually I see the same tree in tree journeys - thick trinkets very bushy, deep thick roots in fertile soil and beautiful dense surroundings - so looking at your interpretations o think this journey really shows how I’ve been feeling of late - overwhelmed & like I have to do it all! So the journey was; Struggled again to see any colour or light in the grounding part. My whole body went cool and my tree just felt like it was climbing higher and higher and it was really straight trunk, I felt like I was shooting up and looking down it felt really far from the ground (like the top of the tree was mountain height). So really tall tree, very straight, with thick brown bark that really thick but ridgy bark with crevices and there was a couple of thin tiny branches a little down the tree from the top, with a couple of gum like leaves in tuffs. Looking down I could see a very surface like root system, but it still felt strong. The trunk was solid & sturdy yet not very wide. The top had branches stretching up like arms out stretched not many but ballish leaves at the end of each. Not a lot of foliage - I could see light. Green gum leaf shaped leaves - quite deep in colour. I was the lone tree surrounded by an expansive openness of short grass for miles around me - it looked a little like an Ariel picture of paddocks - with fence lines but I couldn’t see the fences. My soul was light, airy, very fertile & black with a worm texture I could feel it cool on my feet. But right on the top of the surface around the tree before the grass started it was dry like the wind would create dust. I don’t recall seeing any animals - yet a rabbit cane to mind when writing my answers. My bird was fluffy grey, yet his feathers around his head and neck looked scruffy and dirty like he’d rolled in the dry dirt at the base. Looked like a young bird. While I was the bird I kept getting goose bumps and cold waves start at my feet then go up over my body. When I started flying all of a sudden a timber fence was around the base of the tree in a square (like a standard 6ft house boundary timber fence) - there was no way in or out - no gate. Except for me the bird who sat on the fence. I couldn’t see the fences. So very different apart from the light green grass, dark green leaves and dark brown teee trunk I couldn’t really see any other colours. I’m looking forward to doing this again and seeing where it leads me. My bird was like this but a softer fluffier feather.

Hey gorgeous well done on doing the journey, you got heaps well done and awesome that you got the grounding in ! It seems like you really need it at the moment, just to connect you with some nourishment. Not seeing much colour shows you are perhaps being a bit too internal right now and may need too step back or gain a higher perspective of things, perhaps to focused on what is going on, there is a need to
step back a a bit and look up and look out.
Your tree shows right now you feel alone but a bit like there is no where to move a little trapped perhaps. You are in your thoughts a lot and are you a day dreamer, like to day dream ? Or more think a lot ! Right now you feel under nourished, you need to go deeper within to gain nourishment. You also perhaps feel like you can’t hold many things at the same time, do kids take up most of it ? Rabbit is showing you that if you become more conscious of your energy and cycles it can help you enhance your creativity. Rabbit has the gift of fertility, rabbit speaks of the ever changing cycles of nature, growth, change, death and rebirth. Your bird is showing that you are taking time to gain a greater perspective, but you are still in baby steps of it. Many see goose bumps as a sign of truth. Birds lesson is one of higher perspective, resting in the knowing, that you are perfect the way you are and life is unfolding as it should.
