Grounding and revitalizing journey

Welcome to this 10 minute grounding and revitalizing guided journey.

 

Spend a week with the grounding journey and do it daily. Twice or three times a day if you need too.

 

Once you have done the grounding journey a few times, please listen to the 2 minute water clearing exercise. Its wonderful to use this technique before you journey or as you begin your journey or even in your day if you are feeling low or heavy.

 

This grounding journey begins all my guided journeys in this series. It is a necessary part of this learning series as it helps to center and ground your energy within your body.

 

Its time to get to know your body and energy better and learn to support your body and energy in positive ways.

 

The more you do it, the easier it will be to go there by just visualizing the exercise. It’s a great exercise to connect you with the earth your body, energy and bring in your guidance quickly.

 

This is also a quick energy exercise to center and calm your energy.

After each journey, we invite you to get out your journal—or draw if that feels right—and respond to the questions below.

 

Note anything that felt important or stood out to you in the experience. A printable PDF version is available if you prefer to print out the questions to keep a physical copy of.

Grounding and revitalising notes

Write some notes about how you saw and felt the energies flow.

Write down each time what you notice about what you experience.

 

Don’t judge just notice.

 

Have compassion for yourself.

Could you feel it or visualise it?
Was it more a sense?
How fast or slow the energies were moving?
How easy it was to slow down and engage?
