Course delivery:
This course is both run as a live 6-week course, or a pre-recorded option, in which you can start at any time and work through at your own pace.
Live round:
In the live round you will join Lesley and a group of peers and will work through the 6 pre-recorded modules across 6 weeks. It is recommended you do one class a week and practice the skills learned in that class. You will have opportunities to practice with each other each week and share learnings amongst supportive peers. To register your interest in the next live round please register here
Pre-recorded, work at your own pace:
This course can also be done, using the pre-recorded modules, at your own pace, without the peer group. At any stage during this process, you can book an additional one on one coaching session with Lesley if you would like one-on-one help with understanding or integration.
