Up level to love was a process created over a week in a facebook group to support its participants in growing more self-love.

There were some amazing breakthroughs and insights by the participants during the week. P - was brought to tears reconnecting with her mother in spirit who showed her how to support herself. J - was shown where her heart is leading her... R... was shown her innocence
