Payment, Term & Conditions

 

Thank you so much for your interest in our Shamanic earth healer process 2023

Your investment for the retreat includes the following:

​

  1. Membership to the shamanic earth healers journey online e-course.

  2. 9 live classes. 1 each month, beginning in February 2023 last class is October 2023.

  3. 4, one hours coaching sessions with Lesley taken over the 9 Months training.

  4. 7 nights’ accommodation, twin share. An additional cost of $300 per night, if you would like to stay on your own.

  5. Breakfast , packed lunch and dinner on the trail from Monday the 14th Nov to Friday 18th of November. You are responsible for cost of your own meals in Picton before and after the hike. 13th, 19th,20th of November 2023.

  6. water taxi's to and from trail.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $555 is required to confirm your space.

The balance of payment is required in full no later than  the  dates  in  the  table  below  to  secure  your  spot.

Your payment does not include:

Flights, accommodation outside of the above dates, travel insurance, airport transfers, and meals not stated above.

 

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

  1. Payment in Full                $4444 goes up to $5111 on the 2/10/2022

    1. 12 payments of         $188 fortnightly will be accepted if you sign up before 1/9/2022

  2. 4 payments of                $980 will be accepted forte nightly till 28th Jan. ( deposit paid before 30 September 2022)

  3. Deposit (non-refundable)   $555 to be paid as commitment to the Retreat process 

    1. Final payment after deposit no later than 30/10/2023

    2. Please speak to Lesley to arrange any other payment plan.

PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable  deposit  will  need  to  be  paid  by  the  due  date  to  secure  your  reservation.

 

Shamanic Healer process, retreat , CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

 

Naturally, we don’t take bookings with the intention of cancelling the retreat, but unexpected things do happen. 

      

If  in  the  event,  there  is  a  natural  disaster  “Act  of  God”.  E.g.  volcano, cyclone, earthquake, flood. Covid lockdowns and we are unable to travel.    The Hike part in New Zealand may be cancelled at the organisers discretion and your deposit and 50% of the course fee, ($2555.50) would not be refunded. The remaining amount would be credited to you.

If in the event that we  the  organisers  have  to  cancel  the Shaman Earth Healer process,  due  to  none  of  the  above,  you  have  committed  to  attending,  and have not begun the Shaman Earth healer process in February 2023. you will be refunded 100%.

Lesley Bergstrom Health & Wellness, is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparations,  such  as  airline  tickets,  loss  of  work,  and/or  other costs  associated  with  preparing  for  your  trip.

You are required to ascertain your health and fitness level before undertaking the retreat. We recommend you see a doctor if you have any health concerns to acquire a fitness assessment.

 

Lesley Bergstrom Health & Wellness will not be held responsible for any health issues acquired through the process, retreat, we recommend you get professional fitness advice and medical advice if there are any health concerns or family history of heart issues.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking the Vision Quest 2019 process.

“We” refers to Lesley Bergstrom Health & Wellness, Vision Quest 2019 organizer.   

 

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat, you must have your own relevant travel insurance. 

You can book this thorough your airline or travel agent.    Some credit cards / banks do also cover you for travel insurance if you use their product to book.  Please  be  sure  that  your  insurance  policy  covers  you  for  all  relevant  travel  needs.

If you are staying for a further holiday, make sure insurance includes water sports for example.    As some policies have limited cover.   

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

 

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your trip depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel  31 days before the online monthly course process start date ( 5/2/22), you  will  forfeit  50% of the  deposit.

  • If you cancel between 31 days and 10 days you will forfeit 80% of the price not including deposit.

  • If you cancel 10 days or less before the New Zealand hike start date 13th of November 2023 you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.  We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
