You will gain a physical journal to work through and be connected to the online course which you can access through the app or scan the bar codes in the book.
You will  also have live personal mentor one-on-one sessions.
After you have completed every 3rd journey. ( 2, 1 hour sessions, with a half hour introduction call when you begin)
This is a process to do in your own time you have a year to complete the course)
