This is a process which will open your psychic senses and grow your understanding of all that guides you in the spirit world. You will also learn the language of spirit and how it communicates with you through all your senses. As you progress with your practice of the journeys you will find more of your psychic senses open.
You will have live personal mentor one-on-one sessions. Every second week (3 in total)  with Lesley or one of her advanced students to gain insight into your journey meditations and shamanic coaching around your life.
( You may also do this process in your own time and own pace without the group if you would prefer too.)
